Challenging cases presented included: Natural Killer T-Cell Lymphoma (NKTL) of the Vocal Fold: A Rare Laryngeal Malignancy During COVID-19 Pandemic - Shahm Raslan, BS; A Case of LGFMS in a Pediatric Patient - Minji Kim; and A Giant Necrotic Adrenocortical Sarcomatoid Carcinoma - Joel M. Prince, MD.

The Florida Chapter, American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer Committee held their first multidisciplinary tumor conference on Wednesday, September 16, 2020. This one-hour tumor conference provided surgeons with additional resources and the opportunity to share and discuss challenging cases. Challenging cases included Rectal Cancer in a Nonagenarian, Clinical Presentation and Management of Cancer in a Breast Cancer Survivor, Neck Mass in an Adult and Downstaging the Axilla in Breast Cancer

This tumor conference is not a tumor board for prospective decision making and care plan determination on individual patients; rather, it is a conference for retrospective case sharing and discussion
